My Leadership Philosophy

As I have stated in an earlier blog post, I believe that leadership is more than a title. You see, anyone can be a leader, as a leader comes in various forms. Whether you take the time to get to know someone you’ve never talked to before or are the CEO of a company, leadership is found in a lot of the things we do. I define leadership as an initiative to make a difference. Make someone smile, help your co-worker that is slammed with new projects, or maybe even lending an ear when someone really needs to get something off of their chest.

I hope to be a leader that is real; a leader that maintains transparency and clarity at all times. When things get tough, we figure them out. If someone is uncomfortable in the workplace, we work to make them comfortable. I hope to be a leader that values others.
